Currently my balcony is covered in snow and ice. The latest weather in Chicago has me aching for Spring... being able to utilize our balcony, grill (comfortably) outside, and begin to work on our (very tiny) outdoor garden. There are still quite a few things I'd like to add to our balcony so it can be cozy for warm weather entertainment. Below are some ideas I have at the moment to give our balcony a little makeover.
