I flew to New Jersey over Labor Day Weekend to spend a few days with my besties from college. It had been many years since the 3 of us were in the same state at the same time, let alone sleeping under the same roof! It's an incredible feeling when you can just pick up where you left off with old friends. I feel like that's the definition of true, life-long friendship. Our mini reunion was filled with exciting adventures in New York City & Jersey City. The whole trip was amazing, to say the least. However, if I had to name my top 5 things (in no particular order), they would be...

1. The 9/11 Memorial & Museum: even though I was choked up the whole time...

2. The High Line: a little bit of nature in a concrete jungle

3. Eataly: best. meal. ever.

4. Hedwig & The Angry Inch: 1.5 hours of non-stop entertainment

5. Crocodile Lounge: craft beer and FREE pizza
