St. Paddy's Day: DIY Green Beer

St. Patrick's Day is almost over, and it occurred to me that I never actually had any green beer this weekend. I thought to myself... I have green food coloring - why don't I just make my own?

I forgot how much fun food coloring can be! One tiny drop goes a long way.

{drinking: Two Brothers Prairie Path Golden Ale}

In conjunction with this food coloring idea, I had a sudden urge to turn our kitchen into an Irish pub. Moments ago, I ran to the deli to get some corned beef to make home-made rubens for dinner to pair with our DIY green beer.

I'm loving this so much, it might just become a tradition.
