St. Louis Trip: Part 2
We've been told that you can't visit St. Louis without going to the Anheuser-Busch brewery. Now that I've gone, I have to agree. While my taste buds typically don't swing toward Budweiser (pun intended), it was interesting to see their brew process in action. Their campus is HUGE, to say the least. Personal preference aside, it was an enjoyable (free) tour where they provided us with (free) beer. Oh, and the horses are really cute, too.
Because my husband and I tend to appreciate the local, craft brews more, we sought out a bar that has an extensive draft list. Bridge has 55 beers on tap and a really unique food menu. We were able to try a fare share of local beers, a few included: Urban Chestnut, Civil Life, and 4 Hands.
[Below are some pictures from our visit to the City Museum... a very strange experience to say the least.]
